Split Pea Soup

Dessert: Vegan chocolate truffles
Recipe: Melt 2 cups dark chocolate. Stir in 1 cup vegan cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Refrigerate 2 hours. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in cocoa powder. Makes about 25 truffles.
